Anyone who has used 'clicker training' to train their dog knows that it is an extremely effective teaching method. By conditioning the dog to work for the 'click', many of the problems associated with timing (of the reward) and 'distance training' can be overcome. The standard 'box' clickers are extremely effective, but many people find them a little unwieldy - particularly when wrestling with a treat and a lead as well. These 'bug' clickers are smaller, and because the 'click' mechanism is on the outside they can be much easier to hold and manipulate, ensuring that the 'click' comes at exactly the right time - essential if clicker training is to be effective. One final advantage is that the click is softer, so if you have a sound sensitive dog, try them out. Faulty Items If an item is faulty through manufacturing defect and within the manufacturers warranty period, please contact us. We will agree with you the best way to return the item, and whether to send a replacement or refund you in full (including P&P).
Training or Behavioural Items As dogs respond to different training methods, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds on behavioural items or training aids unless they are faulty.
Other Returns Most items can be returned to us for any other reason, provided they are returned ‘as delivered’, within 14 days of dispatch, unused and in the original and undamaged packaging. A refund will be made for the value of the goods (excluding P&P) less any credit card transaction costs, usually 5-7%. If an alternative product is required, additional P&P will be charged. Items returned with damaged packaging or outside of the 14 day period may be subject to an additional 25% flat fee. In the case of packaged collars and other Dog Wear that are clearly marked with size information, we strongly recommend that you measure your dog BEFORE opening the packaging. If you choose to cancel your order after entering your credit card details, any transaction charges incurred by us cannot be refunded.
