International delivery charges differ from those shown and are added at the checkout. Generally speaking, the amount that you pay at the checkout is sufficient to cover all shipping charges for your order. In the rare event that it doesn't, we will contact you to let you know and offer you the option to pay the extra amount or cancel. No charges will be taken from your credit card without prior authorisation from you. NOTE: Some products can only be shipped within the UK (due to size, content, etc) and where we know of a restriction this is clearly marked on the appropriate page. Please check with the relevant authorities before ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are not accepted for this reason. International orders are usually sent by Royal Mail (Air Mail Small Packet) and always require a signature on delivery. IMPORTANT: If you order an item for delivery outside of the UK, and that item is marked as "UK shipping only", all credit card transaction fees incurred will charged to you. Import/Export Charges There may be charges associated with importing/exporting goods into your country (eg, customs duties, tax, etc). Training Lines accept no responsibility for these charges, so please check with the appropriate authorities before ordering.
We make it a
priority to send out orders as quickly as we can, and we dispatch over 98% of
orders within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) and almost 100% within a couple of days. If we
feel that we are unable to meet this commitment we will contact you (usually by
email) to let you know when you can expect your goods to be dispatched.
International orders are sent by

Delayed Delivery
Delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier and may vary from region to region or during peak periods (we have no control over this). Most items sent within the UK are delivered within 3 working days of dispatch, however, if your goods have not arrived within 7 working days, you may wish to contact us. We regret that we are unable to consider an item 'lost' until 15 working days (3 weeks) after dispatch, at which time we would be happy to send replacement items or issue a full refund. Goods returned to us by the carrier due to a failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect your goods from the local depot after a failed delivery attempt (eg, no-one available to sign for the delivery) may be subject to additional postage charges. All of the products available on this site carry a P&P charge which will be added at the checkout. P&P is calculated on the weight and size of the parcel and based on prices set by Royal Mail and Parcel Force plus VAT. Most orders under 2kg will be dispatched by First Class Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature. If you want us to deliver to an alternative address let us know. Orders over 2kg will be sent by Parcel Force on 48 hour delivery. Again these parcels will require a signature. Your order will be sent by the most cost effective method based on the weight. Faulty Items If an item is faulty through manufacturing defect and within the manufacturers warranty period, please contact us. We will agree with you the best way to return the item, and whether to send a replacement or refund you in full (including P&P).
Training or Behavioural Items As dogs respond to different training methods, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds on behavioural items or training aids unless they are faulty.
Other Returns Most items can be returned to us for any other reason, provided they are returned ‘as delivered’, within 14 days of dispatch, unused and in the original and undamaged packaging. A refund will be made for the value of the goods (excluding P&P) less any credit card transaction costs, usually 5-7%. If an alternative product is required, additional P&P will be charged. Items returned with damaged packaging or outside of the 14 day period may be subject to an additional 25% flat fee. In the case of packaged collars and other Dog Wear that are clearly marked with size information, we strongly recommend that you measure your dog BEFORE opening the packaging. If you choose to cancel your order after entering your credit card details, any transaction charges incurred by us cannot be refunded.
