If you use clickers in your work and provide them to your customers as part of a training course or consultation, then you could be inadvertently providing free advertising for your supplier. You could even be advertising one of your competitors! Take a look at the back of your clickers, and you'll see how. The alternative is simple. You could have clickers imprinted to your own specification (for example, your own business or contact details, and perhaps a logo) so your customers will always know how to get in touch with you, and will be able to recommend your services easily. Prices are shown in the table below, and include standard colours in one single printing location (typically the reverse side of the clicker). Box clickers can be solid colour, or with a coloured top and white base, or even translucent (1 colour printing only on translucent clickers). Side printing is also available, and quotes for colour matching, multiple location printing, and larger quantities can be provided on request. Lead times are approximately 4 weeks.

Faulty Items If an item is faulty through manufacturing defect and within the manufacturers warranty period, please contact us. We will agree with you the best way to return the item, and whether to send a replacement or refund you in full (including P&P).
Training or Behavioural Items As dogs respond to different training methods, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds on behavioural items or training aids unless they are faulty.
Other Returns Most items can be returned to us for any other reason, provided they are returned ‘as delivered’, within 14 days of dispatch, unused and in the original and undamaged packaging. A refund will be made for the value of the goods (excluding P&P) less any credit card transaction costs, usually 5-7%. If an alternative product is required, additional P&P will be charged. Items returned with damaged packaging or outside of the 14 day period may be subject to an additional 25% flat fee. In the case of packaged collars and other Dog Wear that are clearly marked with size information, we strongly recommend that you measure your dog BEFORE opening the packaging. If you choose to cancel your order after entering your credit card details, any transaction charges incurred by us cannot be refunded.
